    Each song is great in it's own way, and it is hard to pick a favourite but Stood Up and Take A Giant Step are fantastic. There is also a collaboration with Tony Joe White on Outback Woman which is not too bad either. Any Day Above Ground is also a great track that is vibrant/5(10).

    Trust No One started out as a side project with the Red Hot Chili Pepper’s drummer Chad Smith called Spread, back when Dave was still with the Chili Peppers. Chad eventually left the project, which was also forced to change its name due to a conflict with another band already using the Spread moniker.
